History
The closure hindered the students' desire to finish their studies. Hence, Division Superintendent Concepcion D. Licsi, Ms. Felisa Alimagno, Div. Math/Science supervisor and Mayor Cesar P. Dizon addressed this problem to the local government. Fortunately, it was approved.
The school's operation was reopened in 1980. Some of its teachers during this year were Mrs. Cherry Montesines, Ms. Emerita Ciabal, Mr. Leaņo and Mrs. Nita Ticzon. This did not last for a long time since it was closed in 1984 for the same reason.
The administration and supervision of all public schools in San Pablo City were entrusted again to SPCNHS main. Throughout the years, the rate of enrollees started to burgeon. They could no longer accommodate students from 80 barangays. As a result, through the help of the local government, annexes were established in this city and fortunately, Sto. Angel was benefited from this project.
