The School Principal
The Principal is the executive officer of each school within the system. He is responsible for the Academic and business affairs of the school under him. He prepares the school program, the faculty line-up, the school calendar, the budget and other fiscal requirements of the school and submits these to the EdCom. He supervises the academic, the plant operation and health and security services.

The School Chaplain
The School Chaplain shall help plan the religious program of activities to form part of the parish pastoral plan. The principal shall coordinate with him in the planning and implementation of the school’s programs.

The Academic Affairs Coordinator
The Academic Coordinator assists the Principal in the management and implementation of the school’s academic principles and policies in the light of the goals and objectives of the institution. His functions include: middle-level overseeing of the teachers’ academic reports and performances, close coordination with the activity and Subject-Area Coordinators, and performance of such other related assignments or work orders delegated by the principal.

The Disciplinary Coordinator
The Disciplinary Coordinator is resp[onsible for facillating the observance of proper behavior and decorum of the students ind the light of goals and objectives of the institution.

The Guidance Counselor
He coordinates the orientation program of students with other officers concerned. He assists the students in clarifying his occupational and educational plans. He helps the student arrive at a satisfactory solution to his personal problems. He assists teachers to understand the objectives and purposes of the guidance program.

The School Registrar
The Registrar serve as the chief operating officer in matters related to students’ academic records.
