    The Curriculum and the Academic Policies

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

For New Students:

  1. The applicants are required to take the LDSP Entrance Examination and submit themselves to Oral Interview as scheduled
  2. The applicants must submit the following:
    • Form-138 (Report Card)
    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO)
Transferees:
  1. The applicants must pass the Admission Examination and Oral Interview as scheduled.
  2. The applicants must submit the following:
    • Form – 138 (Report Card)
    • Form – 137 (Permanent Record)
    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO)
    • Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
    • Photocopy of Confirmation Certificate
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school last attended signed by the Principal / Guidance Counselor
    • 2x2 Picture (recent)
For mid-year transferees:
A student may transfer to another school year any month except in January, February, March. A letter of request from parent stating the reason/s for such transfer must be submitted to the Principal of target school.

Foreign Students:
  1. The applicants must submit ACR (DepEd Alien Certificate of Registration).
  2. Applicant’s submission of DepEd Evaluation and Validation of Credentials is desired.
  3. Applicant shall be admitted until the last day of August of the School Year only.
  4. Applicants must submit all the requirements for new students.
