SPCCCI: Profile and Objectives

Formed in May, 1999 and affiliated with PCCI on Sept 29, 1999, the San Pablo City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. is a voluntary organization of businessmen and professionals who share the common dream of a vibrant economy for San Pablo City and its environs.
Eventually, this young organization hopes to synthesize business activities in the area - especially those of small and medium enterprises - and thereby, give voice to small and medium entrepreneurs. Through constant exchanges of useful information, SPCCCI hopes to establish a standard of quality and excellence that will give products and services of its members a more competitive posture.

SPCCCI: Mission and Thrust

Tomorrow, perhaps, the world. But, today, SPCCCI focuses on expanding its membership and helping strengthen the business foundations of information and enlightening dialogues on the various components of business operations.
Since the contour of the business landscape of San Pablo City and its environs is dominantly defined by small and medium enterprises, SPCCCI will concentrate its thrust on the improvement and marketability of the products and services of these SMEs.

SPCCCI: Duties of Members
|
To abide by the PCCI By-Laws and comply with the resolutions, rules and regulations promulgated by the Board.
To pay the membership dues and other financial obligations to the Chamber.
To attend membership meetings of the Chamber.
To discharge assignment given them by the Board of the President.

The SPCCCI Code of Ethics

The San Pablo City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (SPCCCI), inculcates among its members a true sense of responsibility and social justice by maintaining a high ethical standard in conducting their business activities.
Towards this end, the SPCCCI hereby ordains and promulgates the following code of ethics for us members to observe and practice at all times:
SPCCCI members shall deal with their customers honestly and fairly.
SPCCCI members shall deal with their supplies reasonably, allowing them the same consideration that they expect from their own customers.
SPCCCI members shall deal with competitors in the spirit of fair competition, and cooperate with them in all possible means to promote the best interest of Philippine business.
SPCCCI members shall treat their employees or workers justly based on sound and well-defined labor policies and practices.
SPCCCI members shall cooperate with and support agencies of government in the performance and exercise of their legitimate function by paying appropriate taxes, and complying with existing laws, rules and regulations.
SPCCCI members shall endeavor to maintain goodwill and establish a reputation that speak well of the enterprises they operate.
